7:05 pm Nets, Sgt-at-Arms called the meeting to order with a request for one minute of Silence in remembrance.
The silence was broken with the reciting of:
They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:

1. President’s Opening Remarks
Mapper, President asked everyone to introduce themselves.
2. Vice-President's Remarks
Don reported back that he and Road Runner had checked out Courageous Companions and their recommendation for now is not to proceed with organizing a charitable event as the organization still has some work to do before obtaining their status. Don asked if the members present wanted to consider organizing a charitable event for another cause. Members present had a discussion and agreed to support Cami's Ride and the Ottawa Ride for Dad. There are so many rides these days that every weekend is booked with charitable rides.
3. Sergeant-at-Arms Remarks
Nets reported that the unit membership is now 36 plus 2 honourary.

Mapper reported to the members that Patrick is no longer a member of CAV.

April 17th IMPROMPTU Ride - 11 bikes turned out for ride on a great day
April 23rd UNIT Breakfast @ Broadway in Barrhaven - a little wait but the service and food was good. J.C. braved a cool morning and rode the Bumble Bee to breakfast.
April 30th UNIT CAMI'S BUG RUN- great turn out for this ride. Well organized by the Knights of the Inferno. Cami had an awesome smile. Approximately 152 riders and $3,800 raised.
